TIMING / COST -
Morning Session / 9:30am - 12pm / $60 (snack provided)
Afternoon Session / 1pm - 3:30 pm / $60 (snack provided)
All Day / 9.30am - 3:30pm / $100 (snacks provided / BYO lunch)
INFO -
Each session will include a guided creative art activity as well as some messy art-based free play and mindful activities with an abundance of craft materials. These sessions have been designed for kids aged 7 – 12.
Kids can also choose to join in and paint a collaborative mural with Artist Sarah Hankinson
ALL KIDS NEED TO BRING -
Suitable snacks if they have a particular preference (no nuts please) similar to what they would take to school
Drink bottle
Lunch if they are staying all day or spending lunch time with us (12 - 1pm)
TWW will provide a piece of fruit and a healthy snack per child per session
TWW will be playing an age appropriate tv show on the projector from 12-1pm, fully supervised
Please bring any relevant medication for your child eg asthma or allergy.

Workshops are designed for kids aged 7 – 12
TWW staff all have WWCC
This is a drop off event, parents are not required to stay
Please note: these events are run as art workshops and are not a daycare service

Important Info
The Windsor Workshop is 1 Brenchley Place, Prahran – almost at the intersection of Greville Street and Porter Street. Access by train (Sandringham Line) to Prahran Station (we are a 1 – 2 minute walk from Prahran Station depending on your stride). Access by trams High Street (Number 6 line), Chapel Street (Number 78 line) or Commercial Road (Number 72 line). If you are driving, there are lots of 2 hour parking spots in the area, otherwise you can use the Prahran Square parking which is a 3 min walk away. Entry is via 30 – 40 Izett Street, Prahran

Terms and Conditions/ Cancellations
The Windsor Workshop reserves the right to cancel any scheduled workshop. The reasons this may occur are (a) if a workshop does not reach the minimum number of students or (b) an Artist or Workshop Facilitator falls ill. In the unfortunate circumstance of a workshop being cancelled, students will be notified before the commencement of the workshop and a refund will be offered.
If you are unable to attend your workshop, please let us know within four days of your workshop and we will give you a credit note to be used at a later date, or transfers are available upon request. Due to the nature of how we work – eg all art materials are purchased in advance for participants - we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations when less than four working days' notice is given.
