Embracing You: Half-Day Journey to Self-Love with Megan Luscombe

Megan Luscombe’s "Embrace You" half-day workshop is designed to empower women to cultivate a more positive mindset and foster self-love on a deeper level.

This workshop (capped at 15 attendees) will provide participants with practical tools, strategies and actionable steps to enhance their self-esteem, build a strong sense of self-worth, and embrace their unique qualities.

This workshop is all about finding, embracing and then implementing self-love based on how you see and experience your world.

Through insightful commentary and self-reflection exercises, attendees will embark on a transformative journey of unpacking their societal beliefs surrounding self-love and confidence and then create their own self-love plan, ultimately guiding them toward greater self-love, confidence and personal growth.

This is for women who truly want to grow and make significant personal change. It is for those who are serious about finally liking (and loving) who they see in the mirror.

Exploring Self-Perception

  • Understanding the impact of self-perception on self-love

  • Recognising negative self-talk and challenging self-limiting beliefs

Cultivating Self-Compassion

  • Starting small, how do we we embrace self-LIKE?

  • The importance of self-compassion in developing self-love

  • Techniques to practice self-compassion and self-forgiveness

Embracing Authenticity

  • The power of embracing authenticity in self-love

  • Uncovering and embracing personal strengths and passions

  • What do you say to yourself when it comes to loving yourself (or other people)?

Building a Positive Mindset

  • Nurturing a positive mindset through reframing and mindset management

  • Techniques for reframing negative thoughts and cultivating self-empowerment

  • How to create personal strategies that are unique (and only applicable) to you

Fostering Self-Care and Boundaries

  • The significance of self-care and setting healthy boundaries

  • Identifying self-care practices that resonate with each participant

  • Creating a boundary and self-care plan to start implementing post workshop

Action Planning and Goal Setting

  • Set meaningful and achievable self-love goals

  • Journalling exercises to assist in self-love and growth (this isn’t your ‘typical’ journalling, it’s #TheLuscombeMethod… Megan’s tried and tested way of journalling to achieve change)

This workshop equates to 4-5 individual coaching sessions (with Megan) worth of strategies and tips.
